F1 Miniature Bordoodle puppies are the hybrid offspring of a cross between two pure bred dogs, the Border Collie and miniature Poodle. These offspring are F1 puppies, half Border Collie and half miniature Poodle. Their coats are usually long and wavy or shaggy curly. My miniature F1 Bordoodle puppies generally mature between 20-30 pounds. They are low shedding, which is one reason Bordoodles are so popular.
F1b Miniature Bordoodle puppies are the offspring of a cross between an F1 miniature Bordoodle and a miniature Poodle. This cross makes the puppies 1/4 Border Collie and 3/4 miniature Poodle. Their coats are usually long and wavy or shaggy curly. My miniature F1b Bordoodle puppies generally mature between 18-25 pounds. They are very low shedding and have hypoallergenic qualities.
Mini Bordoodles are the best of both worlds....the great intelligence and agility of the Border Collie and the low shedding trait of the poodle. Mini Bordoodles are friendly and eager to please. They typically get along well with other dogs & children, and are very easy to train.
